National Shipping & Refunds
DELIVERY:
Products will be delivered within 4-6 working days after the order has been placed. A R155.00 flat rate is charged for nationwide delivery for orders under R1500 and FREE delivery nationwide for orders over R1500.
We have a Fast Track option for R290 to receive delivery between 1-3 working days after your order has been placed.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS:
Online Refunds
Refunds will require an additional return fee of R155.00. Once we have received the return and inspected it, you will be notified and your refund will be processed. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.
We have a 72 hour return policy, which means you have 72 hours after delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To log a return, you can contact us at info@somethingpretty.co.za. If your return is authorised, you will receive a return shipping invoice with instructions.
SALE items: We allow exchanges and returns but NO refunds.
Black Friday items: No exchanges or refunds
In-store Refunds
No refunds.
Exchanges within 14 days with receipt. No exchanges on sale items or accessories.
SALE items: NO refunds, exchanges or returns.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, a collection and re-delivery will be arranged at an additional charge of R155 each. We advise you to contact us via email to arrange the exchange. (info@somethingpretty.co.za)
CANCELLATION
Despite careful monitoring, and in exceptional cases, we might not have the product you ordered in stock. In that case, the purchase amount of the product, including shipping costs, will be credited to you.
PEAK PERIODS
During very busy periods, alternate delivery times should be taken into consideration for all.
International Shipping & Refunds
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately, we will not be accepting any returns for international shipping.
DELIVERY:
International shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location as well as the weight of your package, a flat rate is charged for the first 2kg. The customer is liable for all customs or import duties and taxes in their receiving country.
